From you hair and makeup stylist, Mandee Cameruci!
Hello gorgeous! Here are a few tips and suggestions to ensure we make the most of our time together:
At least 3 days before your shoot:
At least 3 days before your shoot:
Make sure your eyebrows are tweezed or waxed so they are ready to go. Treat any face and body acne with topical medicine.
Exfoliate! Removing dead skin is very important in makeup applications.
PS: Don’t forget about your finger and toe nails! Treat yourself to a mani/pedi or trim and paint them yourself!
The day before your shoot:
Prep your hair. This is the day to wash your hair, not the day of your shoot! Hair that is too clean will not hold as well. Don’t worry, I’m a professional leave the dry shampoo and dry texture spray to me! Using a root lifter on your wet hair at the root will give you a fuller more voluminous hair style.
Drink plenty of water! Hydrated skin is your best skin! Make sure you are giving your skin plenty of hydration with moisturizer as well! This is so important for your makeup application!
Avoid any type of tanning before your shoot! Tanning can be difficult to work with in postproduction.
The day of your session:
Come with a freshly washed and moisturizer face.
Remember to have clean hair and moisturized skin before you leave the house!
See you soon lovely!
Mandee
